Qualifications and Training

Our employees are our greatest asset. Therefore, as an organisation, we recognise, promote and encourage Continued Personal Development (CPD).

Regular staff away days allow time for necessary training and development, but also offer a chance to have fun and bond as a team.

Our nursery teams comprise of staff at various levels of professional development. Many have, or are working towards the following qualifiations:

Apprenticeships

We welcome individuals with a passion for childcare who wish to undertake an apprenticeship. We endeavour to help and support them throughout their learning journey.

We have dedicated onsite training rooms to undertake and deliver in-house training courses.

Interim Nursery Manager

Then this role could be for you: An exciting opportunity to make a real difference, which includes an opportunity to develop and improve the quality of the setting, has arisen for an experienced Interim Nursery Manager at our Flag ship Greyfriars Day nursery. • Full time - 40 hours • Temporary position for 3 – 6 months

up to £40,000 pa depending on knowledge and experience

Level 3 - Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for qualified nursery nurses to join our dedicated, fun and professional teams. Level 2 qualified nursery nurses will also be considered. We have two nurseries; Greyfriars and Bubbles@The Globe and a Training Centre. Part time and full time positions available at both nurseries.

Up to £18,720 depending on knowledge and experience

Room Leader

We are looking for an efficient, organised and professional Room Leader to join our team and make a real difference. You will need a level 3 or higher qualification in childcare with recent relevant experience of working within a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse role. Full time - 40 hours per week

up to £19,760 per annum depending on knowledge and experience

Level 2 - Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated, fun and professional team. This is a full time post - 40 hours per week. Job closes: Friday 06 July 2018.
